In order for grapes to have as short contact with oxygen as possible, and to achieve the maximum possible level of quality after each bunch was hand picked, the grapes are delivered to the new winery as fast as possible.
The new Belje winery is one of the most modern in Europe. Its capacity is 8 million liters and it occupies more than 10,000 square metres.
Inside the winery our competent oenologists continue a successful vineyard story and create the final product – our wine! After fermentation tanks and winepresses a portion of our wine travels to one of oak barrels kept in the Vina Belje cellar.
